I use Kajabi with the majority of my clients for its easy to use and easy to navigate user-friendly interface. I’m not here to persuade you – I’m here to give you the rundown of what the software provides for you to decide if Kajabi is the right fit for your coaching business.

Pros and Cons of Kajabi
Kajabi has a few features in particular that could be helpful to online coaches. Kajabi offers an all-in-one solution so everything for your business is in one place, with a clean and eye-catching interface that helps keep things neat and organized.
It also enables you to offer products and services in an automated way from one location, and unlimited, high quality video hosting with Wistia! The site is compatible with Stripe and Paypal, making it easy to accept payments from your clients and customers, and works with many other leading software companies.
Not only that, but Kajabi provides great training resources and offers plenty of data and community support to help with making those difficult business decisions. On top of everything else, their customer support has been given high ratings, proving customer satisfaction that this software has worked for other business owners.
The main complaint about Kajabi is that they are not the cheapest option, and don’t offer a free plan.
Kajabi has three plan options which can be billed monthly or annually. Their cheapest, and most affordable option, especially for anyone just starting out, is $149 a month, which is still higher than a lot of people want to pay for a software. The other two plans are $199/month, and $399/month.
Would it be a good fit for me?
Kajabi would be a great option for coaches who don’t necessarily need all of the features, as to get all the features, you’d have to sign up for the highest priced plan which isn’t doable for everyone. Based on some reviews, there is also a bit of a learning curve with the software, so if you don’t mind taking some time to learn the ropes, this could work well for you.
With the selling options, this could also be a good platform for someone with experience selling online courses, or really any online selling! And if you require email marketing, webinars, and membership solutions, Kajabi would definitely be worth looking into for your business.
On the flip side, while they do offer plenty of training resources, due to the learning curve, it’s probably not the best option for start-ups and those with limited experience with selling online courses already.
If you haven’t yet built an audience for yourself, it may be best to first develop those skills and practice them in an environment or platform that doesn’t require spending as much as the Kajabi plans cost so you don’t lose money in the learning process.
